Most of the property is fenced with a 1x6 four panel wood fence. There are a couple of paddock areas for keeping livestock separate including a cattle loading gate.

The exterior wood burner can heat the house, the shop and the water heater if needed. There is also natural gas which feeds the 2011 high efficiency furnace with humidifier.

The rustic bank barn dates back to the mid 1800's and is great for hay storage and general storage upstairs. Underneath the barn is animal stalls and an attached corn crib. Water and electric to the barn.  There is 100 amp service to all of the barns, shop and machine sheds.

The septic system was installed in 2003 and has a double leaching system.

Natural gas is piped to the shop and the barn that was used to raise chickens. That barn has a lower level with numerous small animal stalls.

There is a slate roof on the bank barn and the main roof of the house. Porch areas of the house have been newly shingled.

An outdoor security light illuminates the common areas.

The office has a convenient side entry door. The original ornate curved staircase is a focal point of the house. Upstairs bedrooms have 6" pine plank floors, built in bookcases and updated closets.
