Direct deposit into our JP Morgan Chase trust account by 12:00 Noon on July 28, 2023 is mandatory. Wiring instructions will be provided to winning bidder. Buyer signature on the purchase contract and other signatory papers must be received by 4:00PM on July 27, 2023.
