Parcel #1- Located on left side of Wilderness Drive and consists of 45.86 acres more or less, fenced pasture, mobile home, a building, large amount of road frontage & some walnut timber. 


Parcel #2- 90 acres more or less. Right side of Wilderness Dr., road to sale site, large hayfield, machinery shed, walnut timber, large amount of road frontage. This property has 50ft right away from Charles Borton Trust Property to Parcel 3.


Parcel #3- Consists of 82.12 acres, initially belonged to John & Charles Borton (brothers), ½ now belongs to the 2 schools- selling half interest of 82.12 acres. Notice of this auction shall include the reserve set forth below and the Borton Trustees’ right of first refusal, and any other terms required by R.C. 3313.41. The notice shall specifically state that the Borton Trustees shall have an opportunity to exceed the highest bid by $1 up to 30 minutes after public bidding.

This auction will take place on site at Parcel #2. Bidding will start at $3900.00 per acre on each parcel. No gas, oil or any other minerals will be transferred.  Each parcel sells separate and will not be offered all together. 10% down on each Parcel, balance due in 30 days or at closing.
