If nobody bids at the live Auction the property will be sold to the on-line high bidder. The "buy it now" price is $160,000 and would end the auction if someone chooses that option. 10% down by direct deposit into our JPmorgan Chase trust account or by credit card payment with a 3% surcharge, which will become your non refundable deposit.
