Bidding starts at $130,000. This is a live on-site Auction on July 10 @ 3pm with Pre-bidding open until July 9 @ 3pm.  The online bid price will be the opening bid at the live Auction. If nobody bids at the live Auction the property will be sold to the on-line high bidder. The "buy it now" price is $160,000 and would end the auction if someone chooses that option. 10% down by direct deposit into our JPmorgan Chase trust account or by credit card payment with a 3% surcharge, which will become your non refundable deposit. Contract signature and deposit must be made within 24 hours of the end of the Auction if the high bidder is on-line. The real estate is sold As Is with no contingencies.
