How do you get paid ?? Here's how: (Each Auctioneer may have their own policy on compensation. Please check with the appropriate Auctioneer.)- Educate your client on the value of the property.
- Attend a viewing and the Auction with your client.
- Submit a written opening bid (form provided below) no less than 48 hours prior to the Auction.
- If your client is the successful buyer and closes on the property, your brokerage will receive 3% of the amount of their written opening bid plus an additional 1% of all advancing bids.
- Exclusions to compensation: If our company has had any previous contact with the client regarding the property.
