During our property tour, we saw 4 deer, a fox and numerous squirrels. There is also a stream on the property. Wildlife paradise with huge potential here! It is also close to a bus route that goes into the city.
We are investigating the possibility of whether or not another house could be built on the back side of the property (it meets up with another subdivision at the end of Raynham Drive).
Email text from Oakwood Village Building Department in reference to possibly keeping horses on property: I (Al R. Hunziker) talked to the law director (Steve Klonowski) and he suggested you apply to the ZBA (Zoning Boards of Appeals) for a one foot variance. The boards will more than likely grant you this variance and you will be permitted to have two horses on your property (26018 Tryon).
