Email text from Oakwood Village Building Department in reference to possibly keeping horses on property:   I (Al R. Hunziker) talked to the law director (Steve Klonowski) and he suggested you apply to the ZBA (Zoning Boards of Appeals) for a one foot variance. The boards will more than likely grant you this variance and you will be permitted to have two horses on your property (26018 Tryon).
