Note: The farmhouse will ONLY be available for inspection during the times listed above and NO PRIVATE SHOWINGS will be allowed. However, Mac-O-Chee Castle remains open for tours one final season! Piatt Castles, Inc., shall retain all historical documentation and photographs of subject property on hand at the time of auction as well as the right to use same for educational, promotional or any other purpose their historic preservation endeavors and the ongoing operation of Mac-A-Cheek.
ONLINE BIDDING NOTES:
Bid Increment: for this auction is $100.
Max Bid: When you place a bid, you can place a "Max Bid" and the system will bid for you in $100 increments up to your maximum bid. You will be notified by email if your maximum is out-bid.
Bid Extensions: If a bid is received within the last 5 minutes prior to the stated Auction End Time, bidding will extend for an additional 5-minute period of time. Bid extensions will continue until a 5-minute period of time elapses after the stated Auction End Time with no advancing bids placed.
Deposit and Closing:
Successful bidder(s) required to place a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the final contract selling price(s) at the conclusion of the auction. Close on or before November 19, 2019 through M & M Title.
