From Route 6 - Liberty Avenue - turn south onto Vermilion Drive at the Burger King.  Turn right at the first intersection 50' south of the overpass.  Do not turn after the railroad tracks.  KEEP GOING! until you have crossed over the highway overpass.  It's literally right after the overpass, so be on the lookout.  Follow the road down the hill and past the curve and stay on Riverside Drive until you see the marina on the right.

Basic Terms:

Sells subject to seller confirmation of high bid. 10% down by cash or check which will become your non refundable deposit. The real estate is sold As Is with no contingencies. All inspections must be done prior to Auction. Close within 30 days. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final contract selling price. Short tax proration. Buyer pays all closing costs. General warranty deed given at closing with no liens or back taxes.

Auction will be online only.  Any bids received within the last 3 minutes prior to auction closing will automatically extend the bidding by 5 minutes.  Auction will continue open as long as bidding is taking place.  Once no bids are received during the last 3 minutes, the bidding will then close and the auction will be considered closed.

Deposit and Closing:

Closing will be conducted by Ohio First Land Title Agency LLC no more than 30 days after auction closes.
