Basic Terms:

 In order to participate in this Auction you must bring with you and provide a Good Ohio personal, business or cashiers check made payable to Ohio Real Estate Auctions in the amount of 7% of the Successful Auction Bid which will become your good faith non refundable deposit if you become the successful high bidder. If you do not settle in full and close this transaction for any reason your 7% good faith down payment is non refundable. This Double Wide Manufactured Mobile Home is sold "as is", "where is" with no warranties and no Buyer contingencies. All due diligence and inspections must be done prior to Auction.  A 7% Auction Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final contract selling price. The Buyer pays all closing costs. A Bill of Sale + Free & Clear Good Ohio Title given at closing with no liens. Closing to be within 30 Days after the Date of Auction at the direction of the Administrator of the Estate.

Deposit and Closing:
