Basic Terms:

$25,000.00 Minimum Bid Real Estate Auction. 10% down by Cash or Good Ohio Check which will become your non refundable deposit. The Real Estate is sold "as is" with Buyer no contingencies and no warranty written or implied by the Seller or the Sellers Agents. All inspections and due diligence must be completed prior to bidding to purchase this Real Estate. The Buyer must settle in full and close within 30 days after the date of Auction. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final contract selling price. Short tax proration. Buyer pays all closing costs. General warranty deed given at closing with no liens or back taxes.
