Basic Terms: Online bidders must wire their 10% deposit to Auction Firm Trust Account within 24 hours of auction ending. The real estate is sold As Is with no contingencies for financing, inspections or otherwise. All inspections must be done prior to Auction. Close within 30 days of contract acceptance by Dayton Public Schools. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final contract selling price. Short tax pro-ration, if applicable. Buyer pays all closing costs. Limited warranty deed with no liens or delinquent taxes given at closing.

Dayton City School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in its sole discretion. Deposits will be returned if rejected by DPS.
