This will be a multi-property auction event, including live and online bidding.

Minimum bid for this property is $8,000.

Live Simulcast Bidding Available: On Auction day, Friday, February 15th, 2019 any pre-bidding will be closed at approximately 12 Noon. We will then open the Live-Simulcast Bidding platform at approximately 1:50PM. Any pre-bids will be carried into the live auction (starts at 2PM) as a starting point. If you are on the pre-bidding page, you will need to log out and log back in to participate in the live simulcast bidding. For the avoidance of doubt, interested bidders may bid either in person (at the auction site at 115 S. Ludlow St, Dayton, OH), or via the online bidding portal. 

Basic Terms: Onsite bidders must bring driver’s license and cash or check for 10% non-refundable deposit (if you are the successful high bidder). Online bidders must wire their 10% deposit to Auction Firm Trust Account within 12 hours of auction ending. The real estate is sold As Is with no contingencies for financing, inspections or otherwise. All inspections must be done prior to Auction. Close within 30 days of auction. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final contract selling price. Short tax pro-ration, if applicable. Buyer pays all closing costs. Limited warranty deed with no liens or delinquent taxes given at closing.

Dayton City School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in its sole discretion.
