This is a foreclosure auction ordered by the Erie County Common Pleas Court. The foreclosure process clears all liens and encumbrances on the property.

The buyer will immediately write a check for $5,000 as a deposit on the property. If there are no bids at the auction on March 8th, there will be a second auction conducted on March 15th @ 1PM at the same location as the first auction (on-site). The property will be offered at the second auction subject to no minimum bid, and will sell to the highest bidder subject to Court confirmation.
