This is a Court Ordered 2 stage auction. First is a Court Ordered CALL for sealed bids to be received until April 30 at 1:00PM (EST) followed by a court ordered live auction, restricted to bidders who submitted sealed bids. Bidding at the live auction will begin at the highest sealed bid amount.
SELLING 50% of the membership interest in Reading Investments LLC, subject to the terms of the Operating Agreement. Reading Investments is a Manager managed LLC and the existing manager will not change. Successful bidder will not have management rights. Reading Investments primary asset is a +/- 210,000sf, 12 floor office building located at 7162 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45237, which sits on a 4.841ac parcel of land.
Selling to the highest bidder at the conclusion of the live auction by court order!
To Qualify as the highest and best bidder you MUST prequalify and be pre-approved in writing by Central Bank & Trust Co. or you will be deemed ineligible to participate in the live auction. The pre-approval letter MUST be provided to the auctioneer prior to the live bidding on May 7, 2021. Selling a 50% member interest in Reading Investments LLC. Sells Regardless of Price to the Highest bidder with no minimums or reserves by court order. 10% down by business or personal check which will become your non refundable deposit. Close within 30 days AFTER court confirmation. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final contract selling price. Buyer pays any closing costs.
