This is a public Real Estate Auction. No minimum starting bid. The price listed here does not reflect the asking price or starting bid. Being sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. The terms are the highest bid plus buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price. The buyer's premium is 10% or $5,000 which ever is greater. A 10% deposit is required immediately following the live auction in the form of a personal or business check that will be deposited in our broker's escrow account. The Barn 16x30 and single wide trailer are included. All other personal property are included in the live auction purchase. The winning bidder will have 30 days in which to successfully close this transaction.
