Auction Terms: Property sells at absolute auction to the highest bidder regardless of price. Sold As-Is with no contingencies for inspection, financing or otherwise. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to arrange financing and conduct all desired inspections prior to auction day. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to establish the contract sale price. Pre-auction offers will be considered.
Deposit & Closing: Registration to bid will require a $5,000 cashier's check made payable to Ohio Real Estate Auctions, LLC. Successful bidder will leave check on deposit with broker to be applied to purchase at time of closing & and must close within 30 days. Time is of the essence. Checks from non-successful bidders will be returned immediately at the close of the bidding process.
